Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Core Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting workflows, including full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger maintenance to ensure data integrity.
- Treasury & Cash Management: Execute accurate bank reconciliations and maintain real-time monitoring of cash activity to support liquidity management.
- Month-End Leadership: Drive the month-end close process by preparing complex journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and delivering insightful variance analysis.
- Specialized Accounting Oversight: Direct inventory-related accounting and monthly reconciliations; coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate related accounting entries.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Actively contribute to organizational growth by providing key data for the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable operational and financial reporting that supports business objectives.
- Process Innovation: Proactively identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and reporting tools to increase overall departmental efficiency.
