Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, relationship-driven, and data-minded Affiliate Manager — DACH to lead the expansion and optimization of our affiliate partner network across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open to candidates based in Europe (with Germany as the focus market). In this critical growth-marketing seat, you will step directly into an active partnership outreach, conversion rate calibration, and publisher optimization laboratory—collaborating face-to-face with performance marketing, product, and regional growth teams. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated backend database script coding, frontend visual theme formatting, or low-level helpdesk customer support ticketing, you will claim full acquisition accountability for high-value publishing traffic streams. This position requires a digital partnership authority with 3+ years of experience who manages affiliate frameworks fluidly natively using Affiliate Marketing and media distribution models, negotiates customized cost-per-acquisition (CPA) layouts, embeds automated generative workflows into partner pipelines, and analyzes performance data confidently to maximize Hostinger’s visibility across the DACH digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• DACH Publisher Portfolio Governance: Identify, source, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners, content networks, and digital publishers across the DACH region natively utilizing Affiliate Marketing strategies.
• Long-Term Relationship Engineering: Cultivate, maintain, and scale collaborative partnerships with key regional tech reviewers, digital media houses, and high-traffic publishers.
• Strategic Deal Negotiation: Structure, pitch, and execute high-yield commercial agreements, setting precise conversion KPIs and optimizing partner payout systems.
• DACH Landscape Exploitation: Map out and scale innovative placement strategies across key local coupon networks, digital communities, and price-comparison platforms (such as Idealo and Geizhals ).
• Cross-Functional Campaign Alignment: Coordinate closely with internal regional growth and performance marketing cells to deploy localized promotional assets and asset campaigns.
• Performance Telemetry Tracking: Monitor tracking links, audit campaign click-through patterns, analyze interaction metrics, and propose growth-oriented pipeline enhancements.
• AI-Native Asset Automation: Implement and adapt generative AI tools within daily outreach and asset pipelines to maximize partner engagement and scale correspondence velocity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of proven professional history operating inside an Affiliate Marketing Manager, Partnerships Lead, Growth Marketer, or identical digital publisher acquisition capacity.
• Deep DACH Market Literacy: Thorough, hands-on production history navigating the digital publisher landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—including direct familiarity with regional comparison engines, coupon nodes, and tech media portals.
• Demonstrated capability to negotiate contracts independently, manage multi-layered partner variables, and optimize digital traffic conversion tunnels.
• Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to reading tracking metrics, evaluating referral volumes, and auditing ROI.
• Mandatory Language Command: Complete, fluent proficiency in written and verbal German and English , with total cultural literacy inside European business markets.
• Location Context: Position operates under 100% remote parameters open exclusively to qualified digital growth specialists residing permanently within Germany or wider Europe.
