METROPOLITAN STATE HOSPITAL-Located in Norwalk, Los Angeles County.

Under the direction of the Supervisor II/Supervisor I or designee, the Analyst I/Analyst II is responsible for a variety of activities and complex technical analytical staff services work in the Contract Program. Duties include consultative and analytical services to management and others, coordination of the planning, development, and final drafting of all contracted services. Incumbent must exercise the ability to act independently, remain flexible, and reason logically, creatively and utilize a variety of analytical techniques to resolve the more complex problems.  

Minimum Qualifications:

Analyst I: Four years of work experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties. Academic education from an accredited college/university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Analyst II :  Four years of work experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties. Academic education from an accredited college/university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis; and

An additional year of professional analytical and/or technical experience equivalent to an Analyst I, Range C.

Statement of Qualifications

  3. Describe how you keep your work organized and what methods you utilize to keep asset management up to date and accurate for review at any given time.
