Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious assembler to join our manufacturing team
• In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of engines and various sub-assemblies, performing critical machining operations, and conducting thorough pressure checks
• This position requires a strong commitment to quality, adherence to all safety protocols, and a collaborative spirit to meet team production targets
• Perform accurate engine assembly and sub-assembly builds according to detailed specifications and quality standards
• Conduct pressure checks on assembled components to ensure functional integrity
• Actively collaborate within a team performance cell to achieve established targets for safety, quality (Right First Time & BIS/ELF), delivery, downtime reduction, Work-In-Progress (WIP) management, and managed expenses
• Demonstrate operating flexibility and willingness to accept any work functionality assigned within the unit, adapting to evolving production needs

Assembler Qualifications:

• Proven experience in assembly processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours, throughout the shift
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to all safety protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
• Adaptability to changing work assignments and production demands
