Your Day-to-Day: • Prepare and set up breakfast and social event areas, ensuring all food items are presented attractively and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism, maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service
• Execute food preparation, including basic cooking, garnishing, and replenishing buffet stations as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper handling, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing their needs promptly and courteously
• Support catering and banquet functions
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, utensils, and service stations throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards
• Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed
• Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player
What We Need from You: • The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling
• A good grasp of reading, writing and basic math
• The flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol - you'll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language
• Capability to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked buffet and kitchen
• Great communication - you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
