Position: Fellowship-Trained Cardiologist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $150–$200/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Develop gold-standard ECG interpretations with clear diagnostic reasoning.
• Emphasize edge cases, nuanced differentials, and complex reasoning in ECG analysis .
• Collaborate directly with research teams at a leading AI lab .
• Provide feedback on common failure modes in model reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency .
• Completion of a cardiology fellowship (any subspecialty).
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease .
• 2+ years of post-training clinical experience.
• Currently based in the United States .
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Fellowship training in Electrophysiology .
• Primary clinical practice with significant ECG interpretation volume.
• Academic or teaching experience (residents, fellows, conferences).
• Experience creating case-based assessments, exam questions, or rubrics.
• Background in complex arrhythmia diagnosis, conduction abnormalities, or subtle ECG pattern recognition .
