Job Title: Claims Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Claims Analyst to join our client to support accurate claims processing, recovery efforts, and regulatory compliance within a fast paced claims environment. This role plays a key part in evaluating loan level claims activity, ensuring adherence to investor and insurer requirements, and improving operational workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex cases while collaborating across teams. This is an onsite contract to hire opportunity based in Phoenix Arizona or Ewing New Jersey, with preference for the Arizona location.
Compensation:
$35 to $40 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Claims Analyst:

• Oversee claims workflows and guide day to day processing to ensure timely and accurate handling of claims, conveyances, and supplemental submissions
• Analyze loan files for recovery opportunities, perform final reconciliations, and ensure proper documentation for claim filing and reimbursement
• Ensure compliance with FHA, VA, PMI, investor, and insurer guidelines while monitoring timelines and resolving exceptions
• Evaluate departmental performance, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality control
• Collaborate with risk and operations teams to develop reporting, support audits, and deliver actionable insights to leadership

Qualifications and Skills for the Claims Analyst:

• Experience in claims analysis, mortgage servicing, or a related financial services environment with knowledge of investor and insurer requirements
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret regulations and apply them to complex scenarios
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accuracy in a detail driven setting
• Effective communication skills with the ability to support team training, collaborate cross functionally, and present findings clearly
• A degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is equally valued
