Job Description: The Fitness Coach is a vital member of the Anytime Fitness team, responsible for delivering a high-quality training experience to all members. This role combines coaching, motivation, and accountability to help members achieve their personal fitness goals in a supportive and engaging environment. Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments for new and existing members.
• Design and implement customized workout programs.
• Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions.
• Provide guidance on proper exercise form, technique, and safety.
• Monitor member progress and adjust training plans as needed.
• Encourage member engagement, accountability, and retention.
• Maintain a clean and organized training area.
• Support club culture by promoting teamwork, positivity, and member success.

Qualifications:

• Current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
• Prior personal training or coaching experience preferred.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus session-based commission and performance bonuses. Schedule: Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
