Basic Qualifications:
*) High School diploma and 2 years of HR, talent acquisition, or relevant administrative/scheduling experience
*) Experience in a team environment providing support to a diverse customer base with a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
*) Experience managing competing demands while still meeting critical deadlines
*) Experience using Microsoft Outlook with calendar functionality
*) Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and step forward for projects
*) Skilled with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
*) Prior experience scheduling interviews for a large organization highly preferred
*) Proficiency in Excel
*) Prior experience working with Workday Recruiting or Eightfold
