MIG Welder Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our fast?paced industrial fabrication shop. This role focuses on producing high?quality handrails, ladders, stairs, and structural components with precision and consistency.

MIG Welder Fabricator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• MIG welding & fabrication of structural components
• Read blueprints and shop drawings with accuracy
• Measure and cut materials using tape measures and fabrication tools
• Operate shop equipment including brake press, hand brakes, shears, saws, and forklifts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general shop duties as needed

MIG Welder Fabricator Qualifications:

• Proven MIG welding/fabrication experience (required)
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills required
• Solid measuring and math abilities
• Ability to operate fabrication equipment confidently
• Strong critical thinking and problem?solving skills
• Self?motivated with a proactive work ethic

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
