This practice achieves success through the blending of individual’s unique talents and skills. This allows them to deliver an exceptional experience to their patients, referral base, and each other. They are well staffed (over 70 employees) and also have CRNA support 3 days/week. This practice values quality over quantity and is looking to add a future partner who holds those same values. The track to partnership is 2 years and will be documented (if desired). Currently, there will be a guaranteed salary in addition to a potential year-end bonus for the 2 year contract.

This practice is centrally located in a beautiful area where you can escape to nearby cities, mountains or beaches. The central PA area is known for its great educational system and housing market whether you’re looking for an older home with charm or a newer, modern home. The area hosts a tremendous amount of restaurants with all types of cuisine, grocery stores, markets and shopping. Outside of providing excellent patient care the practice spends a lot of time with their referral base. They provide CE events with credits, dinners, golf outings, spa days and sporting events. They also host an annual BBQ for our referrals, their staff and families with live music, food, drink and activities.
