Shift Availability & FlexibilityWe have ongoing needs for both Day Shifts and Night Shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Administer medications and manage treatments in accordance with facility protocols and clinical standards.
Conduct routine health assessments, monitor vital signs, and track overall patient physical well-being.
Provide clear, concise, and accurate documentation within the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for residents.
Collaborate closely with a supportive, multidisciplinary team of care professionals.
Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee (or valid Compact/NLC license).
Certification: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Experience: Minimum of 1 2 years of general clinical nursing experience preferred (e.g., rehab, long-term care, med-surg, or outpatient). Again, zero behavioral health experience is required!
Skills: Strong communication, clinical judgment, and a warm, positive attitude.
Compliance: Must successfully pass standard background checks and drug screening.
