Your New Role

As a Plumbing Repair Specialist , you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and solving plumbing issues while delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide range of plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems.

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and present tailored solutions, ensuring they understand their options.

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative services to keep systems running efficiently and avoid future problems.

• Collaborate with team members and dispatch to manage appointments and deliver services on time.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company policies and safety protocols.

• Document completed work accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.
