Job Description Project Engineer / Project Manager — Heavy Civil Construction Location: Waynesville, NC (Western North Carolina) Company: Major heavy civil contractor with national reach, regional office in Cary NC Position Overview Seeking experienced Project Engineers and Project Managers for heavy civil / highway / road / bridge construction in Western North Carolina.
