Remote Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time , remote position for a proactive individual who will provide crucial administrative support to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail, dedicated to upholding our commitment to excellent service and quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars for our management and painting crews.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries, responding professionally via email and telephone.
• Prepare, format, and distribute documents, including client quotations, invoices, and reports.
• Maintain and organise digital files and records, ensuring all documentation is current and easily accessible.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Liaise between clients and our project teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project coordination.
• Assist with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks to support our finance functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a professional demeanour.
• The ability to work independently and manage a workload with minimal supervision.
• A dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• (Desirable) Previous experience working within the construction, trade, or a related service industry.
