Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, analytically sharp, and growth-minded Senior On-site SEO Specialist to take absolute strategic ownership of organic growth and performance for our primary product verticals and international locales. This role avoids the traditional corporate structure of executing pre-packaged playbooks or managing minor metadata tweaks; you will build scalable organic acquisition engines across multiple global markets from the ground up. Operating inside a high-velocity, remote-first ecosystem, you will lead an active on-page architecture optimization, structured keyword intent mapping, and rigorous search experimentation laboratory—translating complex SEO patterns into clear, actionable briefs for localized Content, Websites, CRO, Product, and Technical SEO squads. This position requires a standalone search optimization authority with 5+ years of dedicated experience who guides architectural taxonomy fluidly natively using SEO methods, engineers systematically structured internal linking frameworks, manages scalable multi-market sets of hundreds of landing pages, deploys precise AI-native content automation guardrails, and navigates complex site migrations confidently to move core business revenue metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Vertical Search Strategy Governance: Formulate, execute, and scale the end-to-end organic acquisition strategy for assigned product lines and global target locales natively utilizing SEO frameworks.
• Content Architecture & Linking Mapping: Define, engineer, and systematically maintain rich content architectures and internal linking structures to align product pages logically and maximize index crawl weights.
• Intent-Driven Landing Page Optimization: Lead the creation, layout tuning, and conversion-focused optimization of high-traffic web surfaces to maximize visibility across transaction-heavy search intents.
• AI-Native Scale Automation: Build and track a structured, strategic methodology for AI-assisted content production, ensuring automated outputs satisfy uncompromising quality bars and search visibility parameters.
• Rigorous SEO Experimentation: Formulate, deploy, and evaluate scientific SEO experiments anchored by explicit hypotheses, clear data controls, and definitive performance kill thresholds.
• Cross-Functional Squad Syncing: Collaborate cross-functionally across embedded Content, Localization, CRO, and Technical software teams, translating organic ranking metrics into clean development requests.
• Data Telemetry & Industry Alignment: Audit traffic performance indicators using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to preempt algorithmic modifications and implement structural optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of proven professional history operating inside a Senior On-site SEO Specialist, Organic Growth Lead, Technical SEO Engineer, or closely related technical web marketing capacity where search optimization serves as your primary craft.
• Expert Enterprise Optimization Command: Demonstrated history building and scaling complex organic acquisition maps for high-traffic websites, seamlessly maintaining clusters of hundreds of indexed landing pages.
• Deep, hands-on tool literacy extracting data and debugging crawls via Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog .
• Profound structural fluency managing multi-market localization setups, including complex multi-regional hreflang implementation matrices and market-specific user search behavior rules.
• Proven technical history navigating large or custom CMS frameworks, with first-hand experience managing at least one comprehensive site migration lifecycle without breaking downstream indices.
• Highly autonomous, self-directed operator comfortable establishing long-term product roadmaps and making strategic decisions based on incomplete metrics.
• Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified digital growth authorities residing permanently within Poland or wider Europe.

• Prior experience or technical background driving organic client growth maps inside the Web Hosting, Cloud Services, B2B SaaS, or digital infrastructure spaces.
• Familiarity with foundational programmatic SEO setups or basic scripting to automate data-scraping, reporting, or internal link insertions.
