Senior Salesforce Developer (Architect-Leaning)

Job Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer on behalf of our client in the United States. This role is ideal for a highly skilled Salesforce professional with strong hands-on development expertise and exposure to architectural design within enterprise Salesforce environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, troubleshooting, and supporting Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This position requires a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to contribute to both development execution and technical design discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions
Build and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, flows, and integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce platform and production issues
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
Develop and support integrations with external systems and APIs
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and platform governance
Provide technical guidance and support within an evolving Salesforce environment
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development in enterprise environments
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce customization
Experience with Salesforce integrations and API consumption
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification required
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification
Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certification
Experience working in complex or rapidly evolving Salesforce ecosystems
Prior experience contributing to technical architecture and solution design
