Description: Glenn Buege Chevrolet is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their automotive service needs, providing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their automotive service needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and communicate them effectively to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and provide customers with regular updates
• Assist in scheduling service appointments and manage the service department's workflow
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive products, services, and warranties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems
• Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic vehicle maintenance
