Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Federal Way, Washington
Pay Rate: $2200 to $2400 /Week
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Experience: Speech Language Pathologist experience preferred
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 42-week school-based contract opportunity in Federal Way, Washington . In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy services to students, helping them improve communication skills and achieve academic success.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate students with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
Provide speech and language therapy in individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings.
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License required.
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
