Pay Rate: $ 2,200 to $2,400/Week
Contract: 42 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Experience: Speech Language Pathologist experience preferred
About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 42-week school-based contract opportunity in Federal Way, Washington . In this role, you will evaluate and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with educators and families to support academic and developmental success.
ResponsibilitiesConduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans.
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings.
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual needs.
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License required.
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
