Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator, Warehouse Logistics

A day in the life

You clock in and head straight to your assigned stand-up truck. A quick inspection confirms everything is in top working order. The floor is already buzzing—trailers are backing in, inventory tasks are queued, and your precision keeps everything moving. You navigate tight aisles to relocate product, stage outbound loads with accuracy, and lend a hand with cycle counts when needed. Throughout the shift, you collaborate with teammates, keep your area tidy, and stay alert to every safety protocol. Before you sign off, you note any maintenance needs and update counts in the inventory system—leaving the next operator set up for success.

What you’ll do

• Operate a stand-up forklift to move, place, and stack product throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers and containers with care and accuracy.
• Complete pre- and post-shift equipment checks; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
• Coordinate with team members to streamline workflow and maximize throughput.
• Work within company policies and procedures at all times.

What you’ll bring

• Required: proven experience operating stand-up forklifts.
• Forklift operator certification preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail with a strong safety mindset.
• Ability to lift heavy items and excel in a physically demanding setting.
• Clear communicator and dependable team player.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
