Salary: $63,000 - 103,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience in web design (portfolio required), ideally with 2+ years in the field.
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (or relevant frameworks/libraries).
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and/or headless CMS configurations.
• Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile optimization.
• Understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO basics.
• Graphic design capabilities, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to derive insights for enhancing user experience.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with non-technical team members and conveying design choices.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the security industry is advantageous but not required; familiarity with service-oriented websites, trust/safety messaging, and client-facing portals is a benefit.

• Design, develop, and maintain our website to effectively highlight our security services, project portfolios, and client testimonials, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly interface across all devices.
• Regularly refresh site content to showcase our latest services, certifications, security updates, and company announcements in line with SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT and Operations teams to implement client login portals or scheduling tools for patrol, monitoring, or incident reporting services.
• Oversee and troubleshoot web security features, including SSL certificates, secure client communication channels, and basic cyber hygiene for publicly accessible pages.
• Create digital marketing materials such as banners, service brochures, and email templates tailored for recruitment campaigns and the security sector.
• Assist in integrating online tools and platforms, like incident reporting forms, job application portals, or internal dashboards for employee coordination.
