Your impact

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator Professional to join our Life Sciences team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will support project teams in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities, and helping keep projects on track from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in coordinating activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track, maintain, and distribute project information to team members and stakeholders.
  • Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting notes.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant team members.
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Support project planning efforts, including resource coordination and administrative tasks.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • This role is not eligible for sponsorship

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Previous internship experience in project management
  • 3.0 GPA or higher

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

58,656.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

76,450.00

The base salary range for this position is $58,656.00 to $76,450.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
