Location: Denver, CO and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Available
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and safety-focused drivers to join our Denver team. As an NEMT Driver, you will transport ambulatory and wheelchair-bound passengers to medical appointments while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to safely assist passengers with varying mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments in company vehicles.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle, including wheelchair securement when necessary.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices using proper procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate trip documentation using company technology.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or route changes.
• Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and traffic laws.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and in good operating condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining passenger confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver mobility equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs.).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Experience in healthcare transportation, caregiving, EMT, paratransit, or customer service is preferred but not required—we provide full training.
