Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dependable skilled construction worker to join our team on residential construction projects. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled work in areas such as framing, drywall, tile, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
• Operate power tools and construction equipment safely.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and local building codes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have own basic tools.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-end residential construction.
• Multi-trade skillset (framing, finish work, tile, etc.).
• OSHA certification.
• Ability to lead or train helpers.
• Spanish Speaking preferable.
