Day shift | (Mon - Fri) or (Mon -Thur)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, quality-controlled distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong warehouse background, excellent attendance, and the ability to safely handle inventory while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform receiving, shipping, picking, packing, sorting, and stocking activities.
• Count, verify, and record inventory accurately.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments according to company procedures.
• Assist with receiving dock operations and material handling.
• Load, unload, and move materials using manual equipment or powered industrial trucks, when certified.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counting activities.
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and quality procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience .
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable work history with excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or experience operating:
• Cherry Picker
• Order Picker
• Stand-Up Forklift
• Turret Truck
• Dock Stocker/Pacer
• Distribution center experience.
• Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and noisy warehouse environments.
• Ability to work at heights when operating elevated warehouse equipment.
